Business Strategy Operations Manager
CJ joined Honolulu Property Management as Business Strategy Operations Manager in October 2017. He oversees the company’s operations and business development strategies. CJ’s main responsibilities involve updating policies and procedures and enhancing relationships among property managers, owners and tenants with the goal of improving company-wide efficiencies.
CJ is experienced in a wide range of industries that include finance, accounting, homebuilding, construction, staffing and recruiting. Prior to joining the company, he was an auditor with Lindquist LLP, a CPA firm in California, focusing on compliance audits. He also earned a Certified Associate in Project Management designation from the Project Management Institute.
CJ was also a project management intern with Ponderosa Homes in Pleasanton, California. He worked with the operations department and project managers to assure homes were built to the company’s stringent construction standards.
Born and raised in the Bay Area, CJ moved to Oahu to attend the University of Hawai’i at Manoa, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
