I see rentals that appear to be too good to be true and ask me to send money? Are they real?
NO! Please beware of the numerous scams, especially on Craigslist. If the property manager cannot meet you, it’s a scam. DO NOT ever send money to anyone who won’t meet with you.

How do I get to see a rental unit?
Normally an appointment is scheduled with the property manager in advance.

How long does the application process take?
It depends on the information provided; however, we try to respond within 24 hours.

How much money do I need to move into a rental unit?
You need the first month’s rent and security deposit.

How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is equal to one month of rent.

What other expenses might I incur?
Electricity, gas, water, sewer, phone, cable, building registration, and security key deposit, to name a few.

I’m moving into a condominium. What should I do before I move in?
Register with the building. Reserve the elevator for your move in. Call the utility companies to start service.
